1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use apply to the Nutrition RPG mobile application, the Nutrition RPG website, and related services operated by COLDTER. By accessing or using Nutrition RPG, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Additional terms from Apple may apply when you download or use Nutrition RPG through the App Store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Nutrition RPG profile. If you use the service for or with another person, you are responsible for having the authority and consent needed to provide their information.
3. Accounts and access
You may explore limited parts of Nutrition RPG with a local guest profile. Features that save or sync meals, analyze photos, or store private meal images require Sign in with Apple.
You are responsible for protecting access to your Apple account and device. Do not attempt to access another person’s Nutrition RPG data or interfere with account, session, or authorization controls.
4. Nutrition estimates and health decisions
Nutrition RPG is a food-journaling tool. A value produced from a photo, meal description, portion, or reference calculation is an estimate. It is not a laboratory measurement, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, medical device output, or substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for reviewing and correcting meal details before saving them and for deciding whether the information is appropriate for your circumstances. Do not rely on Nutrition RPG for urgent health decisions, allergy safety, medication decisions, pregnancy care, treatment, or supplement dosing.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of meal descriptions, journal details, and photos you submit. You give COLDTER a limited permission to process, store, resize, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support Nutrition RPG.
You must have the right to submit the content. Do not upload unlawful material, content that violates another person’s rights, or images that are unrelated to the meal-analysis feature.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use Nutrition RPG for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Probe, bypass, or interfere with security, authorization, rate limits, storage controls, or service availability.
- Upload malware or automate requests in a way that burdens or disrupts the service.
- Use another person’s account or submit personal information without appropriate permission.
- Copy, resell, or exploit the service or its protected artwork except where applicable law permits it.
7. Service availability and changes
COLDTER may maintain, improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Nutrition RPG. Camera access, network conditions, Apple services, Cloudflare services, and AI model availability can affect specific features. When photo analysis is unavailable, the app may offer manual entry instead.
COLDTER does not guarantee that every nutrient can be estimated for every meal or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Intellectual property
Nutrition RPG, its brand, interfaces, artwork, text, software, and service design are owned by COLDTER or used with permission. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service as intended. No other rights are granted.
9. Third-party services
Nutrition RPG relies on services provided by Apple and Cloudflare. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms. COLDTER is not responsible for an interruption, policy decision, or failure caused by a third-party service outside COLDTER’s reasonable control.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Nutrition RPG at any time and can delete your account from Profile. COLDTER may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with a valid requirement, prevent abuse, or address a material breach of these terms.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nutrition RPG is provided “as is” and “as available.” COLDTER disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, COLDTER will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use Nutrition RPG.
COLDTER’s responsibility is not limited where a limitation would be unlawful.
13. Changes to these terms
COLDTER may update these terms when the product, its providers, or applicable requirements change. The current terms and updated date will remain available at this URL. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
